14. EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase or subscription within 14 days of receiving the first delivery without stating any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@mygolfessentials.com with a clear statement of your decision.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return.
