Thank you for shopping with My Golf Essentials LLC, doing business as (DBA) “My Health Essentials™”, under the brand My Health Essentials™ Elite Health Products. We partner with trusted fulfillment providers to ensure your order arrives as quickly and reliably as possible.

Below you’ll find important information about shipping times, fulfillment, and international delivery.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after the order status is marked as “Accepted.”

  • For large bulk orders (200+ items), processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via your selected delivery method
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped

Note: Orders marked as “New” are held for 2 hours for any last-minute edits or cancellations. Once the order status becomes “Accepted,” no further changes can be made.

🚚 Shipping Times

United States (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 1–4 business days (via USPS)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (via USPS Priority)

Canada:

  • 2–5 business days (via FedEx)

Europe (Zone 2):
Includes France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, United Kingdom**, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden

  • 2–5 business days (via FedEx)

Asia-Pacific (Zone 3):
Includes Australia, Indonesia, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea

  • 2–5 business days (via FedEx)

🌍 International Orders & Customs

All products ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.

For international customers:

  • Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees
  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your order has been accepted and sent to fulfillment, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
