At My Golf Essentials LLC, doing business as (DBA) “My Health Essentials™”, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase from our store at shop.mygolfessentials.com, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return:

Please email us at support@mygolfessentials.com. Once your return is approved, we will send:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@mygolfessentials.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, drinks)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened personal care items (e.g., supplements, hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

Eligible items must still be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused, with tags
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund
